Orders & Payment
We accept PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure, SSL-encrypted checkout.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us at support@boiertimepieces.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched.

Yes — we offer free shipping on all UK orders over £200 and EU orders over €200. US orders ship at a flat rate of $19.99.

Yes. Every order is shipped with full insurance coverage at no additional cost. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Every order includes a tracking number sent directly to your email once dispatched. You can follow your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a generous 45-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates.
Email us at support@boiertimepieces.com with your order number. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Products & Warranty
Yes. Every watch comes with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, water exposure, impact, or unauthorised modifications.
We strive for the highest accuracy. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
Every order includes the timepiece, original packaging, certificate of authenticity, warranty card, and all relevant accessories.
